Flagstaff is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flagstaff follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. While you might not be blown away by the warm and fuzzy greeting when you go into the shop, that’s not what I personally go there for. I have three Stihl chainsaws and some other small stuff and when they need fixing I take it to Brad. In my humble opinion he knows his stuff. When he has time he looks at a problem child saw right on the spot to see if it just needs a quick tweaking. If he’s too busy I get a claim ticket and go on my merry way knowing that they’ll let me know when it’s fixed and ready to go. While I appreciate friendly customer service any where I go, it doesn’t count for much if they don’t know how to work on a saw once I leave so I don’t lose sleep over the all business reception I get when I’m there. That’s my take 😁

It’s always fun being able to highlight great local companies. If I could give this business 10 stars I would. The owner is clearly very knowledgeable and also a Man of high integrity I brought in a power washer to be repaired And expected somewhat of a more expensive fix. The owner was able to get everything turned around and repaired Quickly. It ended up being a very simple fix. I know a lot of other companies that would’ve exaggerated what needed fixing to make some easy money even though it is a simple solution. Couldn’t be happier, and now he’s got a customer from me for life. Thank you again

These guys do great work, experts in their craft. Honest and direct, always let me know if a repair is worth it or if replacement is the better option. Consistently able to order the OEM parts I need, that arrive in a reasonable timeframe. No beating around the bush and to the point, this is my go-to shop for Stihl products and other tool/machine repairs.
